The plan to be seen below was given to Grand Vizier Tevfik Pasha by Ahmet İzzet Pasha, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Istanbul Government, in the second law of 1922; The purpose is to summarize the phases of the external situation since the armistice; It is to inform the author of the petition's thoughts about these and to show the government the measures that, in his opinion, should be taken according to the latest situation and to invite it to take a decision about them.
