Short copy of a manuscript, content: Shiʿite legal book in 20 sections by Bahāʾ-ad-Dīn Muḥammad al-ʿĀmilī, written at the instigation of Šāh ʿAbbās I. Written in Nastaʿlīq and and the Arabic passages in Nasḫī, script: Nastaʿlīq and Nasḫī, Literature: H. Kh. does not know this work; but our author is mentioned in H. Kh. VII, 581 line 14 as the author of a commentary on 40 Shi'ite traditions. According to the Bibl. Spreng. No. 654 and Zenkers Bibl. Orient. II, No. 1161 and 1162, the work was published in Lacknau 1264 [h.q.] [1847 or 1848] and lithographed in Tabriz, old signature: Quatremère 90, BSB provenance: Étienne Quatremère (1782-1857)
