Notes	Dated manuscript, short photo of a manuscript, contents: Compendium of the Hanafi furūʿ, Cover: Modern library binding with glued-on remains of a light brown oriental leather binding. On top of it is a blind-pressed mandorla filled with flowers with pendants that have the same filling. Lid frame made from two blind-pressed bands. There is a star in each corner, which is also located between the mandorla and its pendants. Equipment: white-brown solid paper. Custodes ejected., Writing: Medium-sized, liquid, carefully written, full-dotted Nasḫī. Ink faded to brown. Highlights in red: title of the work and author's name in the title page (sheet 1a); Headings, keywords, some expressions, BSB provenance: On sheet 1a an illegible owner's stamp and an erased Arabic owner's note; On the right above is F.A. Arnold listed as owner; Below is an undated waqf note: Donated for the Sulṭān Sulaimān Mosque in al-Qalʿa al-Fauqānīya in Belgrade. The donation note also includes a curse on anyone who stole the manuscript. - Munich, BSB, acquired March 8, 1913 from Harrassowitz, catalog 356, no. 1931, for M. 19.80 (Gratzl's note)
