Short copy of a manuscript, content: The Dīwān of Āṣafī, died 928 [h.q.] [1521 or 1522] in Herāt. The Dīwān contains Ġazelen and at the end 7 pages of quatrains. On the first page is the first of Ḥāfiẓ's Ġazelen "a-lā yā ayyuhā s-sāqī", script: Nastaʿlīq, well written, dated manuscript: copy from the 10th century [h.q.] [between 1495-1591], incomplete: after fol. 69 some leaves are missing (after an earlier folio five), old signature: Quatremère 177, BSB provenance: Étienne Quatremère (1782-1857)
