Short shot of a manuscript, script: 1b–68a: Nestalîk, 73b–96a: slightly italic Neshî, BSB provenance: Acquired in Constantinople through the mediation of Dr. Karl Süssheim for 30 piastres. 4. VI. 1914. E. Gratzl, equipment: 1b–68a: headings, keywords, punctuation, names, Koran verses in red. 73b–96a: Chapter information and keywords in red. - Custodians 1b–68a. - Ivory and yellow-brownish, fairly stained, strong, smoothed paper with waterlines. On d. R. water and fox stained. Text blurred in places. The lower corners in the first part of the ms. were e.g. Some of them were torn off and were later repaired by gluing white paper on. The a. Most of the lost text has been supplemented, binding: wine-red calico binding with blind pressing and leather spine, contents: 1b–68a: Netayic ül-fünûn ve mehâsin ül-mütûn. - 73b–91b: List of Ottoman poetry (mecâz and elkâb). - 92b–96a: List of name and word combinations. - Part 1 of the manuscript completed in 1602, content: 96b–97a: 3 stories from the Netayic. - 98b–99a: Hutbe-i nikâh: about the nature of marriage, about the mehr-i muaccel and mehr-i müeccel, prayers.
