Short photo of a manuscript, contents: The "Dīwān" of the Ḥāfiẓ, in five sections, containing 514 Ġazelen, 5 Qaṣīds, 2 Maṯnawiyyāt, the 'Book of the Singer', the 'Book of the Giving", 44 Muqātaʿat and 39 Rubāʿīyāt, excluding the Supplements, dated manuscript: Based on a Munich* manuscript, started on January 17, 1822, completed on March 17, 1822 (in Erlangen). According to the information at the end, the original is from the year 954 [h.q.] [1547 or 1548], * Apart from number 67, which does not match the description, there was no manuscript in 1822 Ḥāfiẓ exists; just as there is no second one listed in O. Frank's catalog published in 1814, one would only have to assume that one was acquired between 1814 and 1822 and was later lost, old signature: Cod.or. 332, BSB provenance: Estate of August Graf von Platen-Hallermünde (1796-1835)
