Upon the necessity shown by Professor Doctor Fekete, one of the Hungarian Archivists, the documents in the Topkapi Palace were also classified in a useful way by an expert committee that was classifying the documents and documents in the Office of the Prime Ministry Archives; As a result of this, the slips made by the order of the Ministry of Education were arranged in alphabetical order by the Director of Topkapı Palace, the esteemed Mr. Tahsin Öz, and two fascicles have been printed so far. In the first number of these, a photograph of Orhan Beğ's Temlikname dated 749 Rebiülâhır (July 1348) was also published. Mr. Tahsin Öz showed me the same Letter of Assignment a long time ago and had me take a photo of it. I showed the value of this document by writing an article titled "The importance and explanation of a new document of Ottoman History" in the ninth issue of Belleten, the magazine of our Institution, about this property, which is one of the oldest Ottoman documents.
