Short copy of a manuscript, content: General history from Adam to 730 [h.q.] [1329 or 1330], contains a Fātiha about creation and 6 Bāb: 1) history of the prophets, 2) pre-Islamic (Persian) kings, 3) Muhammed, 4) the Islamist dynasties in 12 faṣl, 5) imams, Koran readers, Shaykhs and 'Ulemā in 6 faṣl, 6) about Qazwīn in 8 faṣl. In the signature the work is called "at-Tawārīḫ guzīda", Script: copy not so correct, in small, delicate Nastaʿlīq, Dated manuscript: copy from the year 948 [h.q.] [1541 or 1542], Equipment: On smoothed oriental paper. The headings and keywords are written in gold. At the beginning and in the middle (fol. 244), two pages each are richly ornamented with gold, old signature: Quatremère 143, BSB provenance: Étienne Quatremère (1782-1857)
