He lived at the court of the Seljuk Ġīyās̱ al-Dīn Kay H̱usraw III (who reigned since 663H./1264-5) in Aqsarā (Aksaray) and Qayṣariya (Kayseri) (cf. f. 51 and 153); he alludes to 7 books (kitāb) that he composed in f. 4.
