Notes	Regarding the lease of an area of land outside the walls of Jerusalem near the Jaffa Gate, from Ahmed Agha Al-Dardar to Moshe Montefiori - for the purpose of building a hospital for the poor. The lease fees are in the amount of one hundred and twenty thousand lion dimes, and the deed is valid for forty years. In the margins of the document it was noted that an exact copy of the original found in the Sejal [book of wisdom] was made by Muhammad Khurshid on 11 Shawal 1304 Lahagra [3.7.1886]. 28 D. al-Qada 1271 AH [12.8.1855] Ahmed Khalvi Efendi, the Qadi of Jerusalem.
