Notes	An official certificate issued to the Ottoman subject Moshe ben Shmuel, born in 1860, on behalf of the Turkish authorities in the Land of Israel. The certificate was stamped with an approval stamp of the Palestinian Authority (PA), probably in the early days of the British mandate, for the purpose of confirming and issuing a mandatory identity card. This certificate was donated to the collection by Mr. Haim Darumi, in 1961.
