In this file: a handwritten copy of a table prepared by Mahmoud Ali Atallah of An-Najah University in Nablus in 1981, which includes a summary of the numbers, types, dates and number of pages of the records of the Sharia Court in Haifa between the years 1869-1948. In addition to a document in Aaron Laish’s handwriting that includes a summary of his work on records from the courts of Haifa, Tiberias and Nazareth in 1984. The file also includes: a handwritten letter from Amin Fares to Ahron Laish regarding the attachment A list of the number of records he has and the plan of action, in addition to a handwritten letter in Hebrew from the Director of the State Treasury, Dr. Abraham Ellsberg (א. קושניר) in 1982 regarding Haifa court records between the years 1978-1980. |
