Notes	In this file: photocopies of documents in Arabic and handwritten copies related to cases and testimonies related to Al-Ta'amra and Al-Sawahira addressed to the Sharia Court and the Office of the District Commissioner of Bethlehem regarding quarrels, disputes, false allegations and a reconciliation in 1954. The documents also include pages that include summaries of cases of killing in traffic accidents between the years 1955-1979. The summary includes mentioning the killer and the victim and offering a gift and blood money. In addition to a page that includes an index in Aharon Laish's handwriting. The file also includes photocopied and handwritten documents related to several topics between the years 1912-1974, including: a request to withdraw a complaint addressed to the Bethlehem Police Director, arguments for the sale of lands dating back to the years 1912 and 1946 belonging to the Ta’amra and Al-Sawahra clans, a statement of the division of common lands between the Ja’afra and Al-Hala clans in 1956, and disputes over land borders dating back to 1965. The documents also include other topics related to society. Local, such as: quarrels and reconciliation among Al-Sawahra Al-Gharbiyya, cases of attempted rape, charges of theft, cases of killing in traffic accidents, tribal reconciliation, kidnapping, quarreling and attacking, rape, theft - fraud and fraud, manipulation, gifts, reconciliation and honesty, murder, and theft. In addition to pages that include Abu Qa’id al-Araj’s observations on cases from the murder chapter.
