This Master's Thesis in the field of Turkish Classical Music, Istanbul Technical University, Social Sciences Institute, Fine Arts Department, includes the Life of Notation Teacher Hacı Emin Bey and the Works He Composed. In the first stage of this study, originals of the works were obtained as much as possible. Research was conducted in various libraries in Istanbul and T.R.T. The repertoire was examined. The seized works were translated from old Turkish to today's Turkish. Some of the works that we could not show with documents were identified from the indexes at the back of some of the original notes provided. Then, the catalog work was started and during this study, there were 260 works from the sequentially numbered publications of the Notation Teacher Hacı Emin Bey, the works of 87 composers were included, there were works in the form of peşrev, saz semai, sirto, song, march, polka, mazurka and waltz, there were works in 30 different modes and 22 different modes, and some of the works of the Notation Teacher Hacı Emin Bey were included in his own terms. It was determined that he used rhythmic rhythms, composed 53 works in the forms of peşrev saz semai, song, march, waltz, mazurka, canto and polka, had some of his works harmonized, and his publications were printed in 7 different printing houses. In addition, as a result of this examination, most of the compositions of Notation Teacher Hacı Emin Bey are T.R.T. It was also determined that it was not in the repertoire. The works of Notation Teacher Hacı Emin Bey that we can identify are Acemaşiran Peşrevi in the light Düyek style, Saba Peşrevi in the Light Düyek style, Hicaz Peşrevi in the Light Düyek style, Nev- Eda Peşrevi in the Fer style, Nihavend Peşrevi in the Light Düyek style, Nev- Eda Saz Semai, Hicaz Sirto, Nihavend Sirto, Suznak.
