Sample Text If a person does not repent and turn to Allah in his daily life, he may fall into some minor sins that will cause him to lose the approval of his Almighty Creator. However, there are also some major sins called "kebâir". Allah Almighty has set limits to avoid falling into these sins, explained the provisions of behaviors that lead to such sins, and ordered appropriate punishments for these major sins. For this reason, I aimed to research this issue, which includes many major sins, under the title "Provisions Concerning Those Who Commit Major Sins in Islamic Jurisprudence". And I divided my research into three parts. In the first part, I wrote about the concepts of judgment, major sin and committing a sin. Later, I also talked about the legitimate punishments in Islamic Jurisprudence, retaliation and punishment of tazir/condemnation. In the second part, the seven major sins are "drinking alcohol", "stealing", "kazf", that is, slandering adultery, "committing adultery", "apostasy", "engaging in banditry", "bagy", that is, rebelling against the legitimate order. We examined each of these under three separate headings. In the third part, we discussed the subject of violating a person's rights knowingly, unknowingly or for some reason. In this context, we have mentioned information about issues such as killing people and cutting, injuring and breaking their organs, with evidence. Maybe humans in daily life do some small crime ،It causes God to be angry. If the humans don't back off from that crime and don't go back to the great god, Also, there is a group of crimes called big crimes. The Great God has set limits and appropriate punishments for the great crimes and has also explained his rulings. I wrote this thesis below the title (Provisions relating to the perpetrator of the major sins in Islamic jurisprudence). Consist of some major sins. Divided my thesis into three main chapters. In the first chapter. I talked about judgment, major sins, and committing. Then we also talked about border punishments, retribution, and punishments. In the second chapter, we wrote about seven major sins, and they are Drinking alcohol, theft, slander, fornication, apostasy, enmity and prostitution, We divided each subject into three parts and I wrote Evidence, judgment, And punishment for each one of them.
