This thesis has been prepared based on the subject of "Women's Hijab, Fiqh Evidence and Analyzes in the Case of Cahunu Region in the Mali State", one of the countries of the African continent. In the introduction section, the reasons for choosing the subject, its importance, goals, difficulties, the methods followed in the research, the boundaries of the subject and previous studies on the subject are discussed. In the First Chapter, the dictionary and terminological meanings of the concept of Hijab, types of hijab, evidences, principles and sharia provisions related to hijab are examined. In the Second Chapter, information and analysis about the Cahunu region of the Mali State are included, and the reality of veiling in the region and fiqh evaluations are included. In the same section, hijab issues in the Mali Cahunu region; Its history, the different periods it lived and survived, the important reasons for its spread, the mistakes made during its implementation, the forms of hijab in the region were examined and compared with the veiling provisions in Islamic Law. In the conclusion, it is explained that hijab is based on various religious evidence, Islamic scholars do not disagree on the subject, the important purpose of hijab is that Islam gives importance to the role of women in society, and these are among the important conclusions of the thesis. Other important results of the study are that the relationship between Muslims in the Cahunu region of Mali and hijab extends to the Ghanaian Empire, that customs and family life style have an impact on the practice, and that religious education and especially women's madrasahs have a great impact on the spread of hijab in the region.
This thesis, on the one hand, aims to discuss the truth, types, criteria, rulings, and different views of scholars on the subject of veiling in Islamic law regarding Muslim women. On the other hand, the veiling issues in the Jahounou region of the Republic of Mali; It examined its history, the different periods in which it lived and passed, the most effective reasons for the publication of the veil in the region, the mistakes made by women during the practice, and the veiling styles in the region and compared them with the provisions of veiling in Islamic law. The most important conclusions reached by the first part of the thesis that veiling is a sharia issue with various evidence, that Islamic scholars do not disagree about its verdicts, and that the purpose of veiling is to give importance to the role of women in society. The results of the other part of the thesis are that the relationship between the Muslims of Jahounou region of Mali and the hijab extends to the Ghana Empire, the customs and the family life style have an effect on the practice, and the religious education and especially the women's madrasas have a great role in the spread of the veil in the region
