Sample Text The Islamic finance industry differs from others in that it includes aspects that seek both profit and good and are based on the principles and objectives of Islamic law. Although the Islamic world has achieved relative success in establishing a moral framework that aims to simultaneously achieve justice and increase financial opportunities in areas based on profit and commodity production, there is a lack of social responsibility in terms of not being able to make the charitable foundation institution, which contributes significantly to the development of societies, sufficiently effective. Our research mainly discusses the possibility of developing Islamic finance and applying it to the development of the foundation institution through the example of Türkiye Vakıf Katılım Bankası. The reason for this is to create a structure in which profit and charity aspects can be combined, ensuring continuity in sustainable development and ensuring that the foundation plays an important role in social responsibilities. This research aims to examine suitable financial products for the investment of foundation assets, to determine a mechanism that can combine profit increasing and charity aspects, and to reveal the situations that may pose an obstacle to this merger. It also aims to examine the ability of banking institutions to integrate these two sectors and to propose a mechanism to ensure this integration. As far as we can detect, there is no scientific and practical study on the mechanism that can be created to combine profit and charitable activities using Islamic finance products. Additionally, there is no study that addresses the presentation of the foundation as an alternative in fulfilling social responsibility or uses inductive analysis, comparison and critical methods that point to empirical knowledge and statistical studies in the field. The most important result of this research is the clarification of Islamic finance products suitable for the evaluation and development of foundation assets through banks. Within the scope of these products, mudaraba, musharakah, leasing, agricultural partnerships (muzaraa, musakat, muğarasa), Murabaha, salam, both types of istisnaʻ, installment sales, karz-ı hasen, ordinary teverruk, securities, both types of ijarah, cuâle, foundation funds, current and investment accounts, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT). The model is based on the objectives of Islamic law in terms of development and appropriate banking transactions are put forward as an alternative to realize the social responsibility of the bank. In our research, the most important deficiencies in the development of the foundation institution and their solutions were revealed, and it was recommended that the experience of Türkiye Vakıf Katılım Bank be generalized to other Islamic countries in the world. The profitable and charitable sectors, are the two characters which make the Islamic financial industry differ from other financial sectors, and its governed and controlled by the Islamic legal laws, used as an ethical framework aimed at embodying justice and developing funds. Due to its disregard and neglect of the endowment charitable sector that develops societies, our topic is mainly to discuss the composition of Islamic financial products, and the possibility of applying them in endowment investment, through the endowment participatory bank model, by finding formulas for merging between the profit and charitable sectors, using the endowment as an activator. Our study aimed at identifying financial products suitable for endowment investment, taking into account its specificity, and to know the mechanism of merging between the for-profit and charitable sectors. We did not find out an academic scientific thesis in a detailed manner for several Islamic financial products, or any mechanism of merging between the two sectors, or discussed the point of making the endowment an alternative to the meaning of social responsibility or referred to field experiences and statistics; In order to reach our research objectives, inductive, analytical method and the method of comparison and criticism has been used. One of the most prominent results of our research is its inventory of the most important financial products suitable for waqf investment, such as speculation, participation, musharaka, muzara'a, musaqah, mughrasa, murabaha, salam, sosyal'a with all its types type, installment sale, good loan, securities, all kinds of hiring, reward, endowment funds, current and investment deposits, microfinance, and the build-and-operate system (B.O.T)", the use of banking intermediation based on legitimate purposes in the integration process, the use of the endowment as an alternative to social responsibility, identifying the most important shortcomings of the integration process and their solutions, with the recommendation to generalize the experience of the endowment-participatory bank in various countries of the world Islamic.
