Sample Text This research titled "The Stages of Making Fasting Obligatory in Islamic Jurisprudence and Related Discussions" deals with the responses to objections, doubts and doubts regarding fasting in the month of Ramadan, one of the important pillars of Islam. Nowadays, there are those who have different views on fasting during Ramadan and those who object under different names. They say that fasting in Ramadan is not obligatory or wajib, that Muslims have the right to choose, that they are free to fast and break their fast, and that they can pay ransom instead of fasting. Not only that, there are those who say that fasting is atonement for sins. Some say that fasting in Ramadan harms the human body, others say that fasting reduces the production of Muslims, that it makes Muslims lazy and consumerist and causes waste, especially during Ramadan, that fasting all day is unbearable and that fasting puts people in trouble. Additionally, there are those who oppose fasting from the beginning to the end of the month in terms of time. With God's permission, we will address the issue scientifically and impartially. We will discuss all the statements and opinions regarding the objections to fasting and try to answer and reject them based on the transmitted evidence, the Holy Quran and the Hadiths. We will also explain the rational evidence and the attitudes of ancient and contemporary scholars and commentators towards the doubts and objections mentioned above. This research is entitled " Stages of making fasting obligatory in Islamic fiqh and discussions about it " revolves around the response of objections, suspicions and doubts about the hypothesis of an aspect of Islam, namely, the fasting of the month of Ramadan, so that in our time there are some people under different names who talk about this subject, which is the fast of the month of Ramadan and objects to it and say, that the fasting of Ramadan is not an obligation and that the Muslim ones have a choice of whether or not to fast and not this only some of them even claim that fasting is an expiation for sins and others claim that fasting in Ramadan harms the human body and some others say that fasting reduces Muslims' production and causes laziness and a reason for profusion for some, and some of them are considered fasting a hardship on the servants, the human being does not bear to fast all day long, and some of them object to fasting for the time of entry and end of the month, and with the help of God we will discuss this subject In a practical and neutral way and also discuss all the statements and opinions regarding the objections of fasting and we will respond to them based on the evidence that are mentioned in the Qur'an and sunnah, and show the statements of the scholars and the interpreters of the suspicions and objections mentioned.
