The main purpose of this thesis is the third chapter of Hakim en-Nîsâbûrî's "el-Müstedrek ale's-Sahîhayn", which consists of three parts. The first part is the period, name, birth and death of Hakim en-Nîsâbûrî. The second part deals with Hakim's personality, his scientific life with the collection of hadith, his scientific journey, his sheikhs, his students and the countries he traveled to. In the third part, Imam Hakim's scientific efforts, the introduction of Mustedrek, the reasons for writing it, his method in the book and Hakim's correction of the hadiths are included. I divided the second part into three parts. In each section, there are hadiths and many issues related to the three surahs in question. In the third and last chapter, I discussed the forbidden hadiths in the three suras in question and compiled these hadiths from Kutub-i Tis'a. If I couldn't find it here, I relied on the books of etraf and tafsir and mentioned the witnesses and followers of the hadiths. I gave information about the narrators in the isnad in order to explain the degree of the hadith according to the scholars and to make a judgment about the hadith. In this regard, I took Ibn Hajar's book "at-Takrîb ve't-Tehzîb" as a basis. However, if I could not find an opinion of Imam Ibn Hajar about the narrator, I applied to the books Jarh and At-Ta'dil based on another opinion. Then I mentioned the meaning of the hadith, the reason for the revelation of the verse, and some religious and fiqh provisions. Finally, I finished the thesis with the most important lessons and lessons guided by the hadith, and with the conclusions and suggestions I reached. Thus, the thesis has become a scientific resource that is collected in a single source, verified, easily referenced, and will save time for those who want to learn about Hakim's period and his method of mentioning hadiths related to the interpretation of the Holy Quran. In addition, the thesis will give the reader a general perception about the hadiths that Hakim included in the context of the interpretation of the suras in question and will explain whether these hadiths are authentic or weak.
The aim of this Thesis is to collect the explanatory hadiths that were mentioned in Almustadrak on the two Sahihs of Imam Al-hakim may Allah have mercy on him, in Surat Al-an'am, Al-a'raf and Al-anfal. They are Hdiths that are raised to be said by o Prophet Mohammed PBUH through Hadith narrators and the ones to be considered as raised, which are 46 Hadiths. The dissertation consists of three chapters: Chapter One, in which I discussed the scientific life of Imam Alhakim, in his reception of hadith and his journey in seeking knowledge, his sheikhs, his students, and the countries to which he traveled. As for chapter Two, it was divided into three sections, in each of them several sub sections .Each sub-section discusses Hadiths of the section. Then I divided hadiths that are on the condition of the two sheikhs or one of them or the ones that are authentic, not on the condition of either of them, so that we can differentiate between the accepted ones from those that are rejected .I got the hadiths from the nine books. If I did not find them there, I depended on the books of Explanation, Mentioned by the witnesses and followers in Hadith, and I translated from the men of evidence to clarify the degree of hadith among the people of knowledge and the people of craftsmanship. I explained the overall meaning of hadith and judging it, following the rules of the people of knowledge in that, and I relied on the saying of Imam Ibn Hajar may Allah have mercy on him based on the book "Taqreeb Altahdheeb" the summary of judgment on hadith narrator. If I could not find a saying of Imam Ibn Hajar, I searched in the books of Falsification and Correction, depending on another saying .I also mentioned the reason for the revelation of the verse, which was mentioned in hadith, and the legal and jurisprudential rulings. I concluded hadith with the inferred benefits, to understand the lessons. I concluded my thesis with mentioning the sources and recommendations that I reached, so it was a scientific material that is grouped in one source, and verified to make it easier for the researcher to refer to it.
