The aim of this research is to clarify the situation, personal and scientific life of Imam Mullah Ali al-Qari (may Allah have mercy on him) and to explain the importance of his book of fiqh, to open the door of attention to shari'a and shariah explanation. To clarify the position of Imam Ubaydullah Al-Maboubie (may Allah have mercy on him), the author of the text on purity, and to extract the basic rules stated by the Imam. In his book Opening the Door of Inayat, Mullah Ali (may Allah have mercy on him) classifies the basic principles according to the plan and puts the one related to it under each section. As for performance, judgment and license, I put them under the positive rule, those related to abnormal reading, the narrated hadiths, the news of 'satisfaction' and the words of the companions under the positive rule. I have examined the studies of the Book and the Sunnah and placed the commandment and prohibition, the general, the particular, the absolute, the limited, the exception and the companions, and it has been enacted by us and others on matters common between the Book and the Sunnah. I then documented each rule mentioned from the authenticated Fiqh Usul books and explained the vocabulary of the rule if an explanation was needed, then using the books of the Usuls I explained the rule with a simple explanation, essentially linking the second rules together. I linked the application of the rule to a model of the branches of law in the book.
The aim in this research is to clarify the status of Imam Mulla Ali Al-Qari (may God have mercy on him), his personal and scientific life, and to explain the importance of his jurisprudential book, opening the door of care to explain the purity, and to clarify the position of Imam Ubaid Allah Al-Maboubi (may God have mercy on him), the author of the text of purity, and to extract the fundamental rules mentioned by the Imam. Mulla Ali (may God have mercy on him) in his book Opening the Door to Inayat, categorizing the fundamental principles according to the plan, and putting under each chapter what is related to it. Placed the duty and the imposition and permissible under the investigations mandate. As for the performance, the judiciary, and the license, I have placed them under the positive rule, and what is related to abnormal reading, the transmitted hadiths, the news of the one and the words of the companions, I placed them in the investigations of the Book and the Sunnah, and I placed the command and prohibition, the general, the specific, the absolute, the restricted, the exception and the companion, and it was legislated by us and others in the topics common between the Book and the Sunnah. Then I documented each rule mentioned from the approved books of Usul al-Fiqh, and I explained the vocabulary of the rule if an explanation was needed, then I explained the rule with a simple explanation using the books of the fundamentalists, linking the fundamentalist rules to a model of the jurisprudential branches in the book, in application of the rule.
