One passport size photograph of Mahmut Nedim Tütüncü. The envelope addressed to Mahmut Nedim Tütüncü with the candidate number 42, stating that he wished to enter the composition department of the Conservatory and that his documents were complete. The letter of application written by Mahmut Nedim Tütüncü, son of Osman Tütüncü, who dropped out of the tenth grade of Galatasaray High School, to enter the composition and opera department of the Conservatory. The reply sent with the Conservatory's enrolment and admission requirements and a request to send a military demobilisation certificate among the documents.
