The letter of application written by Mustafa Öğüt, a graduate of the first school, for admission to the violin section of the string section of the Conservatory. A letter signed by Mustafa Öğüt stating that he received the identity card. One passport size photograph of Mustafa Öğüt. The envelope belonging to Mustafa Öğüt with notes that his candidate number was 16, that he wished to enter the string section of the Conservatory and that his documents were complete. Bitlis Ortaokulunu ikinci sınıfından ayrılan Niyazi Ateşli'nin Konservatuvara girebilmek için Bitlis Vilayeti vasıtası ile Konservatuvar Müdürlüğüne yazdığı başvuru mektubu. Niyazi Ateşli'nin Koservatuara kabul edilip edilmediğine dair Konservatuvar Direktörlüğüne gönderilen telgraf. Gönderenin Orhan Şaik Gökyay, alıcının ise Enver Ateşli olduğu bilgilerinin yer aldığı bir adet PTT makbuzu. Üzerinde Niyazi Ateşli'ye ait namzet numarasının 61 olduğuna, Konservatuvarın nefesli sazlar kısmına girmek istediğine ve evrakları arasında fotoğrafının eksik olduğuna dair notlar bulunan zarf.
