The documents contain the following information. The letter of application written by Bozkurt Gökgöz, a graduate of Emirgan 28th Primary School, to enter the Conservatory's wind instruments branch on behalf of the National Defence Fund. The information letter that the documents of Hüseyin Semih Gökgöz and Bozkurt Gökgöz (his brother), who failed the admission exam, had been sent. One passport size photograph of Bozkurt Gökgöz. The envelope bearing notes stating that Bozkurt Gökgöz's candidate number was 39, that he wished to enter the wind instruments section of the Conservatory and that his documents were complete.
