The letter of application written by Basri İlbaşı, a senior student of Elazığ Secondary School, through Bakakal Muhittin in order to enter the performance department of the Conservatory. The reply letter stating that the conditions for enrolment and admission and the required documents were announced in the newspapers, that no action could be taken against the students who did not complete the documents and that the expenses were their own.
