Notes	A collection of various prayers, traditional knowledge, and advice, such as: Knowledge of the upper reaches of baling, advice about eating, steps for getting out of the house, use for entering other people's countries, cuca for making a whole family give birth, information about reciting the Koran, good and bad days in each Arabic month, the circulation of a big dragon, and steps for going to sea using a boat. Anonymous, date unknown. Watermark: OPM in capital letters with a crown and cross above the O; a lion's head with the writing EXTRA SUPERFINE in a half-circle and at the bottom the word GIANT with three dots underneath. Notes: Written in a blue ruled note book issued by Al-Ahmadiah Press with thin green covers. On the front cover we find inside an embellished frame a special logo with a shining crown and a pantuin in jawi referring to character and success, and 4 lines to be filled in with Name, Place, Rank, and Case. On the inside we have a seal print inscribed with R. Hadji Hitam Genting. Post Tarempa and 8 lines in jawi explaining good behavior. On the inside of the back cover there are 16 lines in jawi explaining how to eat properly, while on the outside of the back cover there are 10 lines about writing and its use. Manuscript is in good condition, writing is in pencil, with 41 pages left blank. Transliteration: Writing and its Benefits 1. Writing writes what is in the heart 2. Word is a tongue that does not speak but writing is better than it 3. Writing conveys the meaning of things that have no power. The tongue speaks face to face. 4. Kalam does not speak but he listens to Western and Eastern experts and conveys several wishes and takes the place of humans in speaking. 5. If there were no writings, all knowledge would not be gathered and the ancient news would not be considered and it would not be true for humans, religion and the world. 6. Writing is perishable and writing is eternal. 7. Don't write anything other than the thing that gives.
