The letter of application written by Nejat Çevik, a graduate of the Ankara 4th Secondary School, to the High Authority of the State Conservatory Directorate under the supervision of Kemal Barınma, Chief of Paddy Works, in order to enter the theatre department of the Conservatory. The correspondence with the State Conservatory Directorate regarding the report of Nejat Çevik examined by the Medical Committee of Ankara Numune Hospital. The biography of A. Nejat Çevik. A. Nejat Çevik's petition stating that he had given up entering the school because he could not find a guarantor and requesting the return of his documents. The envelope bearing the candidate number 36 belonging to Nejat Çevik, son of Selahattin and notes that he wished to enter the theatre section of the Conservatory and that he had received his documents.
