Notes	The documents contain the following information. The petition written by Gönül Sarpel, who graduated from primary school and studied at the Girls' High School up to secondary school, in order to enter the piano section of the Conservatory. An official document stating that the birth date of Gönül Sarpel's mother Fahrünisa Ok was assigned as 1935-10-25 by the court as a result of the age lawsuit filed by her daughter's mother Fahrünisa Ok to the Ankara Civil Judge of First Instance regarding her daughter's date of birth. The petition of Gönül Sarpel, who took the piano exam on 1949-09-15, stating that she had forfeited her right to take the exam because her medical condition prevented her from attending school and requested that her documents be sent.
