Notes In the name of Abd al-Muttalib, he is Aamir, according to Abu Qutaybah, and according to Abu Ishaq and others from the majority of scholars, his name is Shaybah, Hashim’s name is Amr, and it is said Amr and Al-Ula, and Abd Manaf’s name is al-Mughira - which is the evening when the sun tends to set and turns yellow. Some people claimed that meaning “halal” is the plural of “halal” and it is not valid for its presence to be mentioned for a long time. What is correct is that it is a single word with a meaning, and the meaning of al-halal is the same.
