After the basmalah; These are the endowments of disbelief. Know that there are seventeen places in the Qur’an on which it is not permissible to stop at. If he is a scholar and intentionally stops at these places, then he becomes a disbeliever whether he is in prayer or outside of prayer, unanimously agreed upon. |
