After the basmalah; Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. The jurist Abu al-Layth al-Samarqandi said, “Know that jurisprudence is a good science and that it is more advanced than all other sciences. I have gathered in this compilation of issues of jurisprudence of a number of types and it is called the Treasury of Jurisprudence.” So if he prayed another rak’ah, he recited the seventh rak’ah, and he had finished what he had decided, so he prostrated for forgetfulness and recited the eighth tashahhud, then he mentioned that he had recited the tashahhud.
