The first purpose is to explain the virtue of knowledge, mention a rejection of what scholars must observe, and explain the increase in the honor of the knowledge of jurisprudence - the last of which is: Because issuing fatwas is something that can be interpreted, even if it is possible, the possibility of taqiyyah according to what is known from the conditions of the imams is closer and clearer, so that is sufficient in giving preference, so the words of the Sheikh, may God Almighty have mercy on him, are the truth in my opinion.
