After the basmalah; Praise be to God who has blessed the sons of Adam with a sound mind. As for what follows, the first thing suggested by the Qur’āḥ al-Qārīh is the science of fundamentals, from which many fine points of jurisprudence are revealed. Scholars have compiled reliable books on it, especially the fundamentals of Imam Fakhr al-Islam and its name, Mirror of Usul, in the explanation of Marqaat al-Wusul. Likewise, ijtihad. The diligent person is the one who has the ability to deduce every legal ruling secondary to his evidence, so the issuances of the diligent person, I don’t know, do not contradict this, as previously mentioned.
