Notes After the basmalah; The commentator Al-Nahrir said, “God Almighty treated him with great kindness after he said, ‘Hamju to God.’” I say, in the wake of calling him praise, following the style of the Glorious Book. His saying is an unacceptable claim regarding the prophets, and with it it appears that this aspect also restricts their favor only, and that credit, rather, God Almighty, gives it to whom He wills, and God is the Possessor of great bounty.
