Praise be to God... His statement of jurisprudence is as stated by Al-Jawhari and others. God Almighty said: {But you do not understand their glorifications}. Some of them singled it out for understanding the speaker’s purpose in his words, and another for understanding the precise things, and in Al-Raghib’s vocabulary it means arriving at an absent knowledge... — ...so the buyer paid him a dirham without specifying a specific price. One of them is an act that proves the option of delay by attributing it to the non-received due to the recipient not specifying a price for it, or based on the necessity by taking it according to what is required. The basic principle is that the price is transferred with intention and between the amount received. Let us stop talking in the first volume.
