After the basmalah; Praise be to God, the Possessor of benevolence and blessings, then prayers be upon the Chosen One of the nations - the systems are more likely to be taken by the one who seeks them, and I ask God in our hope for a conclusion - so I have compiled among the best issues that will be of benefit to the one who is skilled in understanding - it is correct, even though in his day he did not return, obliging two people to succeed a nation - he left a garden for a thousand years, then it passed, and to a lessor he gave a hundred - for a viable year, his rent was concluded by its calculation for that hundred.
