After the basmalah; Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon His Messenger Muhammad and his entire family. The judge, Imam Al-Hasan bin Mansour bin Mahmoud Al-Awzjandi, said: The servant Al-Da’eef Al-Awzjandi said in this book of the issues that frequently occur and are in dire need - this judgment shall be implemented, but the invalidators of the second will not enforce the stone of the first. On the authority of Abu Bakr Al-Balkhi, when he was asked about someone who is under interdiction as an endowment of his estate, he said his endowment is invalid unless a judge permits him.
