The first of which is: His saying: The book of the bankrupt is the poor man whose option of money has gone and his money remains, and the bankrupt is the one who has been made bankrupt, that is, he is prevented from disposing of his money, and the interdiction against him is not fulfilled except under four conditions - the last of which is: His saying: Is the interdiction merely due to payment or... to the ruling of the ruler? The first is that it disappears upon payment due to the disappearance of its cause. I say what our sheikh said in his hadith. Rather, it is the strongest, as many have stated without disagreement about it.
