After the basmalah; Praise be to God who sent down the Qur’an as a healing and a mercy. The weak servant Omar bin Muhammad bin Ahmad Al-Nasafi said, “I say to the people about the meaning of interpretation and interpretation between shortening and lengthening, and we have reliance on the middle.” He said, “Whoever recites Surat Al-Ma’idah, Jesus, peace be upon him, will intercede for him, and he will be given the equivalent of the reward of Jesus’ disciples, peace be upon him, and it will be written for him for every verse he recites that is like the reward of Ammar Bayt Al-Maqdis. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.”
