The first of which is: Praise be to God who supported the word of truth with conclusive proofs... and I arranged it into three introductions, five articles and a conclusion... The first introduction is in the divisions of the two lands, and it is in the connection in two parts - the last of which is: And we still hear from many of those we have lived with, especially our greatest Sheikh Ali bin Hilal, and most likely I think it is without intermediary, but rather by word of mouth, that it is not permissible for the one who owes the tax and the division to steal it... And God knows the facts of the matters.
