Notes	After the basmalah; Praise be to God, who has adorned the Sharia system with the radiance of the sun of talents. And then Ibrahim Rushdi bin Hassan says: “When the Zayniya fatwas attributed to Ibn Nujaym al-Hanafi were in two versions, one in the order of Ibn al-Musannaf and the other in the order of his student, I wanted to collect them in one volume. He answered, ‘For the husband, a quarter, for each of the parents, a sixth, and the rest for the child, and God Almighty knows best what is correct.
