After the basmalah; Praise be to God who has ruled the rulings of the upright Sharia with His decisive Book. As for what follows, the established introductions are among those with insight, so I began to explain it and called it Durar Al-Ahkam - until the ruler’s annulment, because if the guardian had decided to abandon the dispute, its annulment would have been equivalent to dismissal, so the guardian is obligated.
