The first of them is: Praise be to God, the One who establishes the truth and its manifestation... The Book of Purity, the chapter on water and its rulings, and it contains chapters. The first is on little water, an issue that our scholars agreed with the exception of Ibn Aqeel that water - the last of which is: And Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Nasr said: We mentioned to him Kufa and the tax imposed on it and what his family walked in it, so he said he voluntarily converted to Islam, and I let go of his hand. He took from him a tenth of what the water and rivers irrigated and half a half.
