After the basmalah; Praise be to God, who has managed the human beings with His powerful plan. As for what follows, the most honorable, the highest, the most successful, and the most fulfilling of sciences is the science of jurisprudence and fatwa, and the treasure of the minutes by Imam Hafez al-Din al-Nasafi is the best compendium written in the jurisprudence of the Hanafi imams, and they have provided explanations for it, so I wanted to put an explanation of it that articulates the pronunciation and I called it the Transparent Sea. Explanation of the treasure of the minutes - Chapter on Guidance, scattered issues, and if he permitted it after the year had passed, she would have to perform an Umrah with Hajj. If he permitted her to enter ihram in this manner several times and then performed Hajj during her year, that is sufficient for her for all the rituals of Hajj in that one year, and if she did not perform Hajj except for those who met her, then she would have to perform Hajj for the whole of Umrah.
