The Book of Obligations, i.e. the issues of dividing inheritances, with an obligation meaning obligatory, i.e. decreed, because of the preordained arrows in it - and not prohibiting it if the reason for it is abandoning work because it might be difficult for him, including abandoning watering the trees that are mortgaged to the agreement of the contracting parties, then it is not prohibited, contrary to Al-Ruyani.
