After the basmalah; (Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, the Creator of the heavens and the earths and all who are in them, and the Ruler of them all. The judge’s ruling regarding validity is valid and cannot be revoked or changed, and the wife’s silence for a long period does not prevent her from demanding that these are not matters that the ruler is forbidden from hearing, and God knows best.
