After the basmalah; Praise be to God, who reveals the darkness of the oppressor with the shining light of the Sharia. As for the one who hopes for the mercy of his Lord, Mustafa bin Issa Al-Anqrawi says, “When I began to follow the reliable fatwas and called it the Mukhtab Council - then the age of similarity is obligatory for blood money, and the one killed by it is not a martyr for Him, and with them retaliation is obligatory and the one who was killed is a martyr, and if a Muslim kills himself according to the words of Abu “H” (such and such), and Muhammad is washed and the funeral prayer is prayed over him.
