After the basmalah; The Book of Marriage: Moderation is prescribed and it is obligatory in marriage to have intercourse (such) and the contract may be by saying: I married her and I married her if she got married and she is married to the children of so-and-so, i.e. she - this is what the author of Al-Sahih mentioned and this is how it is in the Sharia. It is divorced and means intercourse (such) and it is a fact - if its parsing and punctuation are not verified and it is neglected then doubt arises for the one who is looking into it and if it is expressed contrary to what it deserves then an error occurs and that is why this is specified in the will, as it is the subject of Precaution, and this is what guided me to placing the numbers, for they are evidence that indicates those conditions, according to what was previously explained at the beginning of the book. |
