After the basmalah; Praise be to God who sent down the Criterion to His servant so that he might be a warner and a follower to the worlds. The greatest of all sciences in value and the highest in honor is the science of interpretation. I am compiling a book in this art that I will call “The Lights of Revelation and the Secrets of Interpretation.” Whoever reads Surah Al-Kahf from the end, it will be a light for him from his horn to his feet, and whoever reads it in its entirety, it will be a light for him from the earth to the sky.
