Notes After the basmalah; Praise be to God who has completed His blessings. And after that, when the terminology of the jurists was found in the books, it rose from the period of thoughts to the fortresses of the scholars, bearing the guise of the jurists. The jurist is the scholar who teaches the noble Sharia, the method apparent in the religion, such and such in the Maghrib and in the Sahihs, and the Sharia is what God Almighty, Blessed and Most High, has legislated for the worship of the religion, that is, the purest, and within it are four also the legitimate ones: the Book, the Sunnah, and the consensus of the nation.
