Praise be to God, who, with his power, created abstract intellectual essences and invented from them table-top astronomical bodies. As for what follows, when people’s need for medical rulings and therapeutic rules became apparent, and when I saw the summary that Ibn Abi Al-Hazm, known as Ibn al-Nafis al-Qurashi, composed for the educated, and called it Al-Mujjaz as a Law and Constitution for the medical practitioners, I wanted to clarify some of its points and called it Kitab Al-Mughni in the Explanation of Al-Mujjaz. He kneads the drakes with water and pinches each one of two pinches. He waters it every day with a pinch of water and urinates in it, and if he urinates blood, he is safe from this water.
